Our workshop at Cyber Loop has grown over the years to accommodate three production lines and an oven that handles components up to 7.5 metres in length. Most of our customers are repeat trade accounts: shopfitters, electrical contractors, metal fabricators, and automotive workshops who need reliable turnaround and consistent colour matching.
The workshop runs three production lines. Each line takes parts through pre-treatment, powder application, and curing at high temperature. The pre-treatment process removes contaminants and prepares the metal surface for proper powder adhesion, which is what makes the finish durable long-term.
Maximum component dimensions: up to 7.5m. We stock Dulux Powdercoat and Interpon product ranges, giving customers access to several hundred standard colours. Custom colour matching is available for trade jobs where brand consistency matters.
