"Performance. Protection. Style."
Car and truck parts get a hard life. Wheels face brake dust, kerb rash, road chemicals, and stone chips. Bull bars and nudge bars take direct impact. Chassis components sit under a vehicle where road grime, salt, and moisture accelerate corrosion.
Powder coating handles all of these conditions better than standard paint. The bonded finish resists chipping, corrosion, and UV fading in a way that brush-on or spray paint can't match long-term.
We coat automotive parts from our Dandenong South workshop. Drop off at Factory 2, 48-58 Cyber Loop or call ahead to discuss your job.
Black is the most common automotive powder coating colour: gloss black, satin black, or matt black depending on the application and personal preference.
We also coat in full custom colours for show cars, fleet vehicles, and personalised builds. Any colour in the Dulux Powdercoat or Interpon range is available, including metallic and speciality finishes.
Colour advice: satin black is popular for bull bars and suspension components as it minimises glare and hides minor surface marks better than gloss.
Most automotive customers drop their parts off at our Dandenong South workshop. Call ahead to confirm turnaround time for your specific job, particularly for custom colours or larger batches.
