Our Colour Range

We stock Dulux Powdercoat and Interpon powder ranges, which together cover several hundred standard colours across the full spectrum. We also source from Jotun, Oxytech and Prismatic Powders for specialist and custom colour requirements.

The Dulux Powdercoat range includes their popular architectural colours, standard industrial colours, and high-gloss decorative options. The Interpon range covers similar ground with strong representation of architectural and commercial colour groups.

Finish Types Available

Gloss

High-shine finish. Common for automotive, retail fixtures, and decorative applications.

Satin

Mid-sheen finish. Popular for architectural metalwork, shopfitting, and industrial applications where some shine is wanted without the mirror effect of gloss.

Matt

Flat, low-sheen finish. Used for industrial equipment, furniture components, and architectural elements where a subdued appearance is required.

Metallic

Colours with metallic flake suspended in the powder. Silvers, golds, bronzes, and custom metallic tones.

Hammertone

Textured finish with a hammered metal appearance. Good for masking minor surface imperfections.

Fine Texture

Slight texture that reduces visible surface marks and fingerprints. Common on industrial equipment.

Wrinkle Finish

Distinctive wrinkle texture. Decorative and functional.

Custom Colour Matching

If you need a colour that isn't in the standard range, we can source custom powders from our suppliers, including Dulux Powdercoat, Interpon, Jotun, Oxytech and Prismatic Powders.

For custom matching, the most useful references are:

  • RAL colour number (e.g. RAL 7035 for light grey, RAL 9005 for jet black)
  • Supplier product code: Dulux Powdercoat, Interpon, Jotun, Oxytech or Prismatic Powders reference number
  • Physical colour sample: painted panel, powder sample card, or physical object in target colour

Contact us with your colour reference before your job is ready so we can confirm the powder is available. Custom powders need to be ordered.

How to Choose the Right Colour and Finish

  • Industrial and structural: standard safety colours (yellow, red, orange, green, blue, black, white) or corporate standard colours are most common. Matt and fine texture finishes are practical in this context.
  • Electrical and industrial: switchboards and enclosures are typically RAL 7035 , RAL 7032 , or RAL 9003 . RAL 2004 is common for safety-orange components. Matt or fine texture finishes are standard.
  • Shopfitting and retail: match to your brand colour system. Satin and gloss finishes are typical depending on the fixture type.
  • Automotive: satin or gloss black is most popular for bull bars and accessories. Wheels in custom or factory-match colours. Gloss tends to show surface marks more than satin.
  • Architectural: satin, low sheen, and matt are standard for contemporary projects. Check the Dulux Powdercoat architectural range for colours commonly specified by architects in Australia.
